What We Offer

Cem Rituals and Services

The traditional rituals performed at Kazlıçeşme Bektashi Lodge, carried out with centuries-old methods and spiritual depth.

Our foundation regularly conducts cem rituals, cultural events, and educational programs to preserve and transmit centuries-old Bektashi traditions to future generations.
01

Cem Ritual

Cem, the fundamental worship of the Alevi-Bektashi faith, is a sacred assembly where love, equality, and brotherhood are essential. In this environment of "meeting face to face," the Twelve Services are performed, and semah is danced accompanied by hymns. This assembly of unity is the heart of our faith.

02

Hakk’a Yürüme Ritual

In our faith, which sees death not as an extinction but as a "change of form" and a journey of return to the Divine, souls who have departed are bid farewell with Turkish prayers. This ritual is a spiritual ceremony that accompanies the soul’s journey.

03

Marriage Ritual

In our faith, marriage is not just a legal contract but a spiritual covenant made for a lifelong companionship. Performed in the presence of the Dede and community, this ceremony expresses a sacred union built on consent, loyalty, and shared values.

04

Kirvelik Ritual

An important institution of spiritual kinship, Kirvelik establishes a bond of lifelong solidarity, protection, and mutual support and solidarity between families. This bond plays a historical role in strengthening social peace and brotherhood.

05

Lokma and Anniversaries

Lokmas (sacred communal meals), the most concrete form of our tradition of sharing, are shared with prayers. The memorial anniversary meals held after those who have departed are both a commemoration and sacred gatherings that strengthen unity by sharing grief and bread.
